Anyone Know the Name of this Yaoi Manga about two dudes spying on a younger couple?

Well, obviously i can't remember the name- but i do remember the plot- these two guys discovered a younger couple and started spying on them with binoculars through the window. And then the couple came into the same school (they were really cute, like even though the seme was really small and all- he was really protectives of his lover heehee~) And the older guys decided they would want to have some "fun" with them and became really nice and friendly, then invited them into their dorm for a sleepover, and all this "stuff" happened ( >XD ) anyway, then the two kind of split up and each went with one of the sempai's. But i can't remember the name of it and the creator but she is a really good one and her drawing styles are the "Sweet" series, the ones with the really cute eyes Thanks guys- hope i have given enough info!
